SPICY POTATO SALAD

SPICY POTATO SALAD
Ingredients
Potatoes - 4
Oil – 2tbsp
Onion – 1 chopped
Green chilies – 1or2 chopped
Red chilly powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp.
Curd -2 tbsp.
Lemon juice -1tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Method
Boil the potatoes. Don’t over boil it. Peel and cut into cubes. Put the oil into a bowl, microwave for 1 minute. Add the onions and green chilies, microwave for 2 minutes. Mix all the ingredients along with the potatoes, microwave for 1 minute.

Serve hot / chilled
